You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of our products and the Services. Please note that colors, measurements, and appearances may differ from how they display on your screen, depending on your device and settings.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any products or Services will meet your expectations. All product descriptions may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to remove products or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. KnitByKofo may accept or reject your order at its sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only when we have sent an order confirmation and your payment has been authorized.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you via the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number you provided at checkout.

Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Return Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation.

All prices are shown final. KnitByKofo is currently not VAT-registered under the Danish small business threshold (Momsloven §49), so no VAT is added at checkout. Patterns are digital downloads with no shipping or handling fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand over the products to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your item, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact. Contact us at support@knitbykofo.com to request a return.

Digital products (e.g., patterns) are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned or refunded, as by paying you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal therefore lapses. Returns do not apply to personalized items, gift cards, or sale items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after receipt and approval of your return.

All digital products (such as knitting patterns) purchased on our website are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

After purchase, you will receive a download link that can be accessed a maximum of three (3) times. Once the limit is reached, the link will expire automatically. Please download and safely store your files on your own device.

Our Services — including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, video and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by KnitByKofo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any materials from the Services without prior written consent. KnitByKofo's names, logos, and designs are trademarks of KnitByKofo. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

You may access customer tools provided by third parties through the Services. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Any use is at your own risk and discretion. Be sure to review and accept the terms of the relevant third-party providers before using such tools. Any new features offered through the Services are also subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services, or damages that arise from your access to or use of third-party websites. Always read the third party's policies and practices before completing transactions. Complaints regarding third-party products and services must be directed to the third party.

KnitByKofo runs on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sale occurs directly between you and KnitByKofo. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and KnitByKofo. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising in connection with your purchases from KnitByKofo.

All personal data we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may be subject to Shopify's privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal data in order to deliver and improve the Services. Information may be transferred to and shared with Shopify and third parties, including in countries other than your country of residence.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any media for any purpose. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KNITBYKOFO, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KnitByKofo, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, applicable law, or a third party's rights, or arising from your access to or use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
